The Role:

Reporting directly to the Regional Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of commercial construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple trades and subcontractors on site
  • Monitoring project progress and feeding updates into PM
  • Overseeing health & safety practices and subcontractor inductions
  • Ensuring quality control, inspections, and rectification of works
  • Managing project documentation, programme, and site controls
  • Driving construction programmes to meet deadlines

About You:

You’ll be a hands-on Site Manager with proven experience in commercial construction. You’ll be confident in problem-solving on site, managing trades effectively, and keeping the project moving forward.
We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience managing large commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of different construction methodologies & materials
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades/sub-trades
  • Proactive approach to health & safety and quality management
  • Ideally, exposure to Procore or other construction management software
  • A self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to travel Mon–Fri if required
