We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to its Brisbane team.

The business has a strong project pipeline across South East Queensland and works across a diverse mix of commercial, multi-residential and industrial developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer looking for greater project ownership, strong technical work and direct exposure to senior leadership within a well-established consultancy.
The Role

You will work across a broad portfolio including:

• Multi-residential and apartment developments
• Commercial developments
• Industrial and storage facilities
• Retail and supermarket projects
• Selected residential developments

The position will involve structural analysis and design across both concrete and steel structures, working closely with clients, architects, builders and the wider engineering team.
About You
Ideally, you will have:

• Around 5+ years’ structural engineering experience
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent
• Strong commercial structural engineering experience
• Concrete and steel design capability
• Experience using SPACE GASS
• Strong structural analysis and design skills
• Good client and stakeholder communication skills
• The ability to take ownership of projects

Strong candidates with around 3-5 years’ experience may also be considered.
