Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Special Counsel or Property Partner to join the team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior property lawyer looking to step away from the pressures of traditional private practice without compromising on the quality of work. You’ll work with an established client base on a broad range of sophisticated property matters while enjoying genuine collegiate support and the stability that comes with being part of a larger organisation.
Your practice will include advising on:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and healthcare-related property.
• Conveyancing matters from inception through to settlement.
• Property acquisition due diligence.
• Commercial, retail and healthcare leasing.
• General property and commercial advisory work for healthcare professionals, practices and corporate clients.

To be successful, you’ll bring extensive experience in complex property transactions, commercial and retail leasing, together with the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
