Remedy Resourcing is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor in Queenstown. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost control.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide financial reporting and risk management assessments.
About You:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on commercial and/or high-density residential projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
