The Role:
 
As a Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of projects, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-construction activities. From feasibility studies to budgeting and scheduling, you will leverage your expertise to ensure projects are set up for success from the outset.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and site assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish project objectives.
  • Manage procurement processes and subcontractor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the pre-construction phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-construction management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
