You will have already had exposure within an accountancy practice, ideally 2+ years, be degree qualified and have aspirations of a long term career within the accountancy practice arena. The Senior will need to possess at least 4 y+ years experience and have the ability to assist in mentoring the more junior members of the team. 

Alongside you first class verbal and written communication you will have the drive and enthusiasm to see you climb the ranks.
