A newly established boutique tax advisory firm working with impressive clients, boasting a team of Big4 tax professionals are looking to secure their next tax superstar. Guaranteed to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, you’ll join a team who offer expertise including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Divestments
- Refinancing
- Capital restructures & public offerings
- Fund and platform establishments,
- Tax consolidation, tax modelling & tax distribution/provision calculations
- Unit pricing, compliance lodgements
- Tax governance and risk management.
The Opportunity is to join them at either a Manager, Senior Manager or maybe that one step away from Director.
Importantly, this is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to work on complex tax matters, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.
This role will see you utilising your strong corporate tax advisory skillset, ideally stepping out of a Big4/Top tier firm.
You will see yourself working alongside like minded tax professionals who are committed to building long term relationships with their impressive client base. About You
- A proven track record of working within a Big4/Top-tier tax tax team
- Strong technical expertise in Australian
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, specialist environment
