The role:
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Associate to step into a leadership role, working alongside a team that’s committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities:
- lead and manage a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, parenting, property settlements, and financial agreements
- Provide strategic legal advice and empathetic support to clients navigating complex personal circumstances
- Represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings
- Draft and review legal documents, court materials, and settlement agreements
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and external professionals
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years PAE in family law with a strong track record in litigation and negotiation
- Deep knowledge of family law legislation and court procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
