The role:

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Associate to step into a leadership role, working alongside a team that’s committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

• lead and manage a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, parenting, property settlements, and financial agreements
• Provide strategic legal advice and empathetic support to clients navigating complex personal circumstances
• Represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings
• Draft and review legal documents, court materials, and settlement agreements
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and external professionals

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years PAE in family law with a strong track record in litigation and negotiation
• Deep knowledge of family law legislation and court procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A client-first mindset with a focus on practical, solution-oriented advice
• Leadership qualities and a desire to contribute to team development
