The Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and client-focused Senior Associate to join a thriving team in Sydney. You’ll be part of a high-performing group of lawyers, working closely with senior leaders on complex and varied matters.

This role offers the opportunity to lead significant commercial disputes, including corporate insolvency and bankruptcy cases. You’ll play a key role in shaping legal strategy, advising clients across industries, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, statutory demands, and other litigation documents
• Advising clients on insolvency, bankruptcy, contractual, property, leasing, and construction disputes
• Court appearances and briefing/instructing counsel
• Managing files independently with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

About You:

• Minimum 6 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
• Confident in managing complex matters and client relationships
• Positive, professional attitude with a focus on excellence
