Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a well-established national design and build construction company with an excellent reputation for delivering projects in the medium sized commercial build space. With strong forward workload and continued growth in Auckland, they are now seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The opportunity Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for financial ownership and cost management across a range of commercial projects. This includes:
- Monthly client claims and variation management
- Budget control and cost reporting
- Subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and payment certification
- Risk management, head contract administration, and dispute resolution
About you We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 5–7 years’ experience as a QS in commercial construction
- A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying (or relevant experience)
- Proficiency with Jobpac and Payapps (essential)
- Strong communication, numeracy, and analytical skills
- Experience with Procore (advantageous)
