Project Director – Christchurch

Our client, a well-established Tier One main contractor with a proven track record of delivering landmark projects across New Zealand, is looking for an experienced Project Director to join their high-performing team on a long-term basis.

This is a permanent leadership role based in Christchurch, offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to drive major commercial build projects from start to finish. What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on major commercial construction projects (NZ or Australia)
• A deep understanding of project lifecycle management – from pre-construction through to delivery
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Background with Tier One or large Tier Two main contractors preferred
• Must be currently based in New Zealand and available for in-person interviews
• Willing to relocate to Christchurch for a long-term role
