Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a partner to join the business, who is an expert across all areas of employment law.
To be considered:
- 8+ years of post-admission experience in employment / IR law
- A commercial mindset and a client-first approach
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Responsibilities:
- Advising top-tier clients on all things employment, industrial relations, and workplace strategy
- Leading enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution, and complex investigations
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of lawyers
- Driving business development and deepening client relationships
- Collaborating across practice groups to deliver seamless, commercial advice
- Staying ahead of legislative changes and setting the tone for thought leadership
