To be considered:

• 8+ years of post-admission experience in employment / IR law
• A commercial mindset and a client-first approach
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience

Responsibilities: 

• Advising top-tier clients on all things employment, industrial relations, and workplace strategy
• Leading enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution, and complex investigations
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of lawyers
• Driving business development and deepening client relationships
• Collaborating across practice groups to deliver seamless, commercial advice
• Staying ahead of legislative changes and setting the tone for thought leadership
