About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a lawyer who thrives on variety and values meaningful client relationships. You’ll be working across a broad range of family law matters, from parenting and property disputes to financial agreements and court advocacy. The role offers autonomy, support, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advising clients on family law issues including separation, parenting arrangements, financial settlements, and support matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as binding agreements, consent orders, and court applications
  • Staying informed on legislative changes and case law developments
  • Managing client relationships with empathy, professionalism, and discretion

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in family law
  • Strong technical knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in managing files independently while knowing when to seek input
  • A genuine interest in helping clients navigate emotionally complex situations
  • The ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
