About the Role:

This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on: complex corporate and commercial litigation, contentious regulatory matters, as well as debt recovery and insolvency.
 
You’ll work closely with senior partners in a collaborative structure that values initiative and fosters career development. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and shaping the team’s strategic direction.

To be considered:

• 5+ years’ PQE with a background in commercial litigation
• Commercial acumen
• Practical and client focused problem solving and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking and technical legal expertise
• A collaborative mindset and leadership potential
• Experience working with business clients, developers, non-bank lenders, and ACL-defined consumers will be highly regarded
