A successful and well-established multi-partner accounting firm is looking for an experienced Business Services Advisory Manager to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Services accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and wants a strong mix of accounting, taxation and advisory work.

The Role You will manage a portfolio of quality clients and be responsible for:

• Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
• Preparing and reviewing financial accounts and tax returns
• Providing tax planning and advisory advice
• Business advisory and commercial support
• Working closely with the Partners on more complex client matters
• Reviewing work prepared by junior and intermediate accountants
• Assisting with staff development and mentoring
• Managing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional value to clients

You will ideally be:

• CA or CPA qualified
• An experienced Business Services accountant within public practice
• Strong technically across accounting and Australian taxation
• Confident providing tax and business advisory
• Experienced managing client relationships
• Comfortable reviewing and mentoring junior staff
• Professional, commercially minded and client-focused
