What You’ll Be Working On

No two weeks are the same.
You’ll gain exposure across a broad range of structural projects including:

• Commercial buildings
• High-rise developments
• Residential projects
• Temporary works
• Complex reinforced concrete structures
• Structural steel design
• Post-tensioned construction
• Infrastructure and transport-related projects

Rather than being siloed into one project type, you’ll build genuine breadth as an engineer.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend years producing calculations with little client exposure.
You’ll be trusted to:

• Design concrete and steel structures
• Undertake structural analysis using industry-leading software
• Work alongside experienced senior engineers
• Be involved in project meetings
• Visit construction sites
• Develop relationships with architects, builders and clients
• Take increasing ownership of projects as your confidence grows

About You

You’ll probably have around 3-5 years’ experience in structural engineering and be looking for somewhere that will accelerate your career rather than slow it down.
You’ll ideally bring experience with:

• Reinforced concrete design
• Structural steel design
• Structural analysis software such as SpaceGass, ETABS or RAPT
• Australian design standards
• Detailed engineering documentation

More importantly, you’ll enjoy solving problems, asking questions and continually improving your engineering capability.
