Wills/Estates Lawyer

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Wills/Estates Lawyer/Senior Associate who has a minimum of 3-4 years PAE.  The successful candidate will join this new and rapidly growing Brisbane firm, but with the benefit of being based in their Sunshine Coast office.

Their thriving SC office is conveniently located in Mooloolaba (near to parking/shops etc) but also benefits from a large Brisbane team which services many other areas of law including commercial, property and construction.

This is an ideal opportunity for a lawyer who is looking to give their career and profile a boost, but also benefit from a highly experienced leadership team that are ready to assist you in developing and growing your own practice.   The firm are offering a genuine and fast-track path to partnership for candidates willing to put themselves out there.

What is required?

The successful candidate will have at least years 3-4 PAE experience and will ideally have gained experience in the following wills and estates areas:

• Asset protection for future generations advice
• Business succession planning
• Estate planning, including testamentary trust wills
• Estate administration (specifically crisis management in business)
• Enduring powers of attorney
• Superannuation and binding death benefit nominations
• Estate litigation would be beneficial (but not essential)
