What you’ll be doing
This isn’t a “sit in the background” type role. You’ll be trusted to take ownership and play a key part in delivering projects from start to finish.

You’ll be:

• Managing your own projects and building strong client relationships
• Leading civil design work across infrastructure, transport, and land development projects
• Liaising with councils to get approvals over the line
• Getting involved in everything from concept design through to delivery
• Supporting tenders, procurement, and contract administration
• Working closely with contractors during construction phases
• Contributing to the growth of the business and its client base

What they’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every single box, but ideally you’ll bring:

• Around 5+ years of civil engineering consultancy experience in Australia (or New Zealand), ideally in QLD.
• A solid background in consulting, particularly across infrastructure or land development
• Confidence managing projects and juggling priorities
• Strong communication skills — someone clients enjoy working with
• A relevant engineering degree
• Good technical knowledge of design, construction methods, and materials
• A team-first attitude with a willingness to support others
• RPEQ/CPEng or on the path to this
