Senior Site Manager – Commercial & High-Density Residential

The Role
We’re working with a well-established developer/builder that’s consistently delivering large-scale commercial and high density residential projects. They’ve got a strong pipeline locked in and are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Site Manager who can take ownership on site and drive delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s comfortable running bigger jobs, dealing with multiple trades, and keeping programme moving without needing to be micromanaged.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running day-to-day site operations across large builds
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Keeping programme on track and pushing works through
• Managing site H&S and making sure standards are being met
• Overseeing QA, inspections, and close-out
• Working closely with the PM and feeding back on progress/issues

What They’re Looking For

• Solid experience delivering commercial or high-density residential projects
• Confident managing multiple trades and keeping control of site
• Good understanding of build methodology and sequencing
• Practical, problem-solving mindset
• Strong on H&S and quality
• Familiar with systems like Procore or similar
