This is a recently formed firm that only opened its doors at the end of 2025, but that already boasts close to 30 staff situated in two busy, SEQ offices. 

Due to the deflection of four highly successful partners (servicing a number of areas including commercial, property, construction and litigation), this full service law firm represents a fresh and agile environment for not only new and existing clients, but also up and coming lawyers.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the firm now seeks an experienced Property Lawyer with around 5-6 years PAE (likely operating at a Senior Associate or Special Counsel level) who has a genuine interest in obtaining equity over the next few years.

You will have detailed commercial and property transactional experience including:

• purchases and sales of commercial properties and development sites,
• commercial and retail leasing
• sales and acquisitions of businesses (including management rights businesses), body corporate matters, and loan and security agreements.
