This emerging boutique have a solid range of clients from companies, government entities, small businesses and individuals.  The Partners have been around for a number of years and are now in a new phase of promoting their next breed of Partners to sit around the table.

THE ROLE
Working closely with the Property/Commercial Partner, you will have experience in the following areas:

• Wide range of residential and commercial property transactions
• Advising on all aspects of property development and related areas of law including infrastructure delivery and charging, the establishment of body corporate schemes, and development funding arrangements.
• Acting for a range of different property developers and providing advice on initial acquisition and due to diligence for development sites, assisting with development applications, preparation of documentation for registration of lots, and sale of the ultimate lots.  
• Experience in retail and commercial conveyancing and retail and commercial leasing
• Sale and purchase of businesses on both smaller and larger scales from small retail outlets to shopping centres. 

WHATS REQUIRED
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PAE+ in the above areas and ideally be operating at (or close to) a Senior Associate level.  The firm will also entertain conversations with candidates who are currently at or close to Partnership level –  as well as senior lawyers who are looking to make equity in the next 12-24 months.  Candidates that have established relationships with referrers and clients in the property and commercial law area would be of particular interest.
