About the Role: 

A exciting position has become available for a commercially minded lawyer with 4+ years post-admission experience to join the corporate and commercial team.

You’ll work directly with clients in industries such as medical, dental, childcare, and property development, managing complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and the opportunity to lead matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on SME-market mergers and acquisitions
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and governance documents
• Provide guidance on director duties and corporate compliance
• Manage share sales and equity transactions
• Deliver end-to-end legal support on complex matters

About You:

• 4+ years PAE in commercial/corporate law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience advising SME clients
• Ability to manage complex matters independently
• Commercially astute with a proactive, client-focused approach
