The Role

  • Provide remote and onsite support with travel to clients sites. 
  • Respond to clients’ and Internal IT support requests via phone, email or on-site
  • Customer communication
  • Ticket management 
  • Perform Security assessments 
  • Manage IT systems including workstations, servers and network

About You

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Service Desk
  • Excellent language skills
  • Experience withRemote Desktop Services, Backup solutions, Anti-Virus solutions, Microsoft Server & Services, Microsoft Desktop, Network, Hardware, VMware and Hyper-V, M365 Modern Workplace, Team Collaboration solutions, Azure and Kaseya
  • NZ Citizen or a Permanent Resident
  • NZ Driver’s License
